Consequential amendment to Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act
Section 2(1) of the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act (Cap. 77B, 2012 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “require the person to be licensed under” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “excluded person”, the words “section 7 of”.
