Consequential amendment to Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018
Section 250(7) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant company” and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)a merchant bank licensed under the Banking Act;
(ba)a financial institution approved under section 28 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act;”.
