Clause 58

Section 2 of the Moneylenders Act (Cap. 188, 2010 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “that is approved as a financial institution under section 28 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “bank” and substituting the words “licensed under the Banking Act”.
