Section 20A(8) of the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance (Cap. 370, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (c) of the definition of “relevant deposit” and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)any merchant bank licensed under the Banking Act,”.
