Consequential amendment to Trust Companies Act
Section 15(1) of the Trust Companies Act (Cap. 336, 2006 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “approved as a financial institution under the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “licensed under the Banking Act”.
