Clause 15

Amendment to Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act

Part I of the Schedule to the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act (Cap. 319, 2004 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 18, the following item: “18A.National Parks BoardNational Parks Board Act (Chapter 198A)”.
