Clause 125

Section 403 of the Penal Code is amended by inserting, immediately after illustration (f) of Explanation 2, the following illustration:“(g) A receives money transferred to his bank account from Z’s bank account. A discovers that Z did not intend to transfer the money to him. A retains the money and appropriates it to his own use. A is guilty of an offence under this section.”.
