Amendment of section 414
Section 414 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “stolen property” in subsection (1), the words “or property obtained in whole or in part through any criminal offence involving fraud or dishonesty,”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “stolen property” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “property mentioned in subsection (1)”.
