Amendment of section 442

Section 442 of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “tent”, the word “, container”;

(b)

by deleting the word “house-trespass” and substituting the word “house‑breaking”;

(c)

by deleting the word “house-trespass” in the Explanation and substituting the word “house‑breaking”; and

(d)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“House-breaking”.
