Amendment of section 450

Section 450 of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “house-trespass” and substituting the word “house‑breaking”;

(b)

by deleting the words “10 years” and substituting the words “15 years”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “House-trespass” in the section heading and substituting the word “House‑breaking”.
