Amendment of section 460
Section 460 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “lurking house‑trespass by night or house‑breaking by night” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the word “house‑breaking”; and
(b)
by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“House-breaking when death or grievous hurt caused”.
