Amendment of Immigration Act
The Immigration Act (Cap. 133, 2008 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “term” in sections 9(5), 36, 57(1)(ia), (ii) and (iv) and 57B(1) and substituting in each case the words “presumptive minimum term”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “section 107(b) or (c)” in section 57(1)(ia)(A) and substituting the words “section 107(1)(b) or (c)”.
