by inserting, immediately after item 16, the following items: “16A.Section 377BAWord or gesture intended to insult the modesty of any person 16B.Section 377BBVoyeurism 16C.Section 377BCDistribution of voyeuristic image or recording 16D.Section 377BDPossession of or gaining access to voyeuristic or intimate image or recording 16E.Section 377BEDistributing or threatening to distribute intimate image or recording 16F.Section 377BFSexual exposure”; and

by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 509” in item 17, the words “(as in force before the date of commencement of section 178 of the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019)”.
