Clause 185

Amendment of Radiation Protection Act

The Second Schedule to the Radiation Protection Act (Cap. 262, 2008 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “by carrier, etc.” in item 20 and substituting the words “of property entrusted for purposes of transportation or storage”;

(b)

by deleting the words “clerk or servant” in item 21 and substituting the word “employees”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “or agent” in item 22 and substituting the words “agent, director, officer, partner, key executive or fiduciary”.
