Amendment of Road Traffic Act
The Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276, 2004 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after “323,” in section 42(2), “323A,”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “term” in section 79(2)(a) and substituting the words “presumptive minimum term”.
