Clause 188

by deleting items 15 and 16 of the First Schedule and substituting the following item:“15.Section 342Punishment for wrongful confinement”;

by deleting the word “by” under the heading “Description” in item 31 of the First Schedule and substituting the word “involving”;

by deleting the words “loss or damage of $500 or above” under the heading “Description” in item 4 of the Second Schedule and substituting the words “disruption to key service, etc.”; and

by deleting item 5 of the Second Schedule.
