Amendment of section 83

Section 83 of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “above 7 years of age and under 12” and substituting the words “of or above 10 years and below 12”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “above 7 and under 12” in the section heading and substituting the words “of or above 10 and below 12”.
