Amendment of section 136
Section 136 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, except as hereinafter excepted,”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “or serviceman”, the words “with the intention of preventing the officer or serviceman from being apprehended,”; and
(c)
by deleting the Exception.
