Amendment of section 306

Section 306 of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any person”, the words “attempts or”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “commission of such”, the words “attempted suicide or”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “suicide” in the section heading, the words “or attempted suicide”.
