Amendment of section 318
Section 318 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “reformative training,” in subsections (1) to (5);
(b)
by deleting the words “from the date” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “beginning on the date”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) A sentence of reformative training takes effect beginning on the date it was passed or at such later date as the court may determine.”.
