Amendment of section 394I

Section 394I of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) The Registrar of the Supreme Court, any judge of the High Court or any Judge of the Court of Appeal may extend or abridge any period mentioned in subsection (1), (2) or (3).”.
