Clause 15

by deleting the words “$5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “$20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000”; and

by deleting subsections (4) and (5).
