Amendment of section 22C
Section 22C(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “an exterior feature” in paragraph (a), the words “or a fixed installation”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:“(ba)different applicable dates, prescribed ages and grace periods in relation to different fixed installations;”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “different exterior features” in paragraph (c), the words “or different fixed installations, as the case may be”.
