Amendment of section 32
Section 32 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2), the words “and any subsidiary legislation made under this Act”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) No liability lies personally against the Commissioner of Building Control or any person authorised under section 3(2) for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in the execution or purported execution of this Act and any subsidiary legislation made under this Act.”.
