Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or builder of” in subsection (2)(b)(i) and (ii) and substituting in each case the words “of or the builder (being either a licensed general builder or licensed specialist builder) undertaking”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “in accordance with” in subsection (2)(c), the words “this Act and”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “or such further period as may be extended by the Commissioner of Building Control,” in subsection (4).
