Clause 2

The long title to the Wild Animals and Birds Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is repealed and the following long title substituted therefor:“An Act for the protection, preservation and management of wildlife for the purposes of maintaining a healthy ecosystem and safeguarding public safety and health, and for related matters.”.
