Amendment of section 56
Section 56 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “does not hold an estate agent’s licence” in subsection (2), the words “, except for the purposes of any disciplinary proceedings under Part V”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “is not registered as a salesperson” in subsection (4), the words “, except for the purposes of any disciplinary proceedings under Part V”.
