Clause 19

Section 72(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(ea)accreditation of any activities, courses and programmes for continuing professional education for or in respect of estate agents (including persons who are responsible for the management of estate agents) and salespersons;”.
