Saving and transitional provisions
(1)
Despite section 11, section 49 of the principal Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 11 continues to apply to or in relation to —
(a)
any complaint made to the Council under section 49(1) of the principal Act before that date; and
(b)
any information referred to the Council under section 49(2) of the principal Act before that date.
(2)
Despite section 13, section 52 of the principal Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 13 continues to apply to or in relation to any matter referred to the Disciplinary Committee, under section 49(6) of the principal Act, before that date.
