Clause 30

Amendment to Rapid Transit Systems Act

Section 44 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act (Cap. 263A, 2004 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) All sums collected under this section must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
