Amendment of section 6

Section 6 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “declare that” in subsection (1), the words “a path, or a path‑connected open space, located on”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “is closed” in subsection (5)(b), the words “, partly closed or used temporarily for a purpose other than as a path”.
