Clause 14

Amendment of section 19

Section 19(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the procedure and practice for a proceeding before an assessor, including requiring the proceeding to be held in private and the treatment of confidential information;”.
