Amendment of section 28D
Section 28D of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b); and
(b)
by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(d)the registered responsible person for the registrable personal mobility device refuses or neglects to comply with any order given to the registered responsible person under section 47(1)(b), whether or not that person is convicted of an offence; or
(e)
the Authority is satisfied that a condition of registration of the registrable personal mobility device has been contravened or is being contravened.”.
