New section 70A

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 70, the following section:“Rules relating to Disciplinary Commission and Disciplinary Tribunals70A. The Minister may make rules —

(a)

to provide for matters relating to the Disciplinary Commission; and

(b)

to regulate the practice and procedure of Disciplinary Tribunals, including enabling Disciplinary Tribunals to order discovery or inspection of documents for the purpose of any proceedings before them.”.
