Clause 18

Amendment of section 71

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 71 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such saving or transitional provision as may be necessary or expedient.”.
