Amendment of Fifth Schedule
The Fifth Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “paragraph 1(e) of the Second Schedule, paragraph 1(e) of the Third Schedule or paragraph 1(f) of the Fourth Schedule, respectively” in paragraph 1(h) and substituting the words “paragraph 3 of Part 3 of the First Schedule”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph 1, the following paragraph:“2. For the purposes of paragraph 1(j)(i), the organisation may have regard to the number and frequency of requests received.”.
