Consequential amendment to Supreme Court of Judicature Act
The Sixth Schedule to the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322, 2007 Ed.), as amended by section 23 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019 (Act 40 of 2019), is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (vii) of paragraph 1(i) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:“(vii)section 35(4) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) before the date of commencement of section 15 of the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2020, or section 48R(4) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012;”.
