Amendment of section 18C

Section 18C of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “between 1st July 2010 and 30th June 2020 (both dates inclusive)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “on or after 1 July 2010”;

(b)

by deleting the words “between 22nd February 2014 and 30th June 2020 (both dates inclusive)” in subsection (1A) and substituting the words “on or after 22 February 2014”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1A), the following subsection:“(1B) No approval may be granted under this section after 31 December 2025.”.
