Rules of Court
The Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act may make Rules of Court with respect to —
(a)
applications and other proceedings, and the practice and procedure, of any court in respect of any matter under this Act; and
(b)
the fees and costs of those applications and other proceedings.
