Amendment of section 2
Section 2(1) of the Hazardous Waste (Control of Export, Import and Transit) Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by deleting the definition of “Director” and substituting the following definition:“ “Director‑General” means the Director‑General of Environmental Protection appointed under section 3(1) of the Environmental Protection and Management Act (Cap. 94A);”.
