Amendment of section 3

Section 3 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (f); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(h)to adopt the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records adopted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on 13 July 2017 in its application to an electronic transferable record, whether the electronic transferable record is issued or used in Singapore or outside Singapore.”.
