Related amendments to Bills of Lading Act

The Bills of Lading Act (Cap. 384) is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsections (5) and (6) of section 1;

(b)

by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of the definition of “holder” in section 5(1) and substituting a full‑stop; and

(c)

by deleting the definitions of “information technology” and “telecommunication system” in section 5(1).
