Clause 6

Repeal and re-enactment of section 39M

Section 39M of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Authorised nominating bodies39M.—

(1)

The Minister must appoint one or more authorised nominating bodies for the purpose of providing assessors to hear and determine applications under section 39N(4).(2) The assessors must satisfy the requirements prescribed for such assessors.”.
