Clause 38

Alteration of record in register

(1)

Any record of a registered event in a register must not be altered except as authorised by or under this Act.

(2)

A reference in this section to the alteration of a record of a registered event in a register includes a reference to the recording in the register of the particulars of the registered event that had been omitted from the register at the time of registration of the registered event.
