Clause 41

Cancellation of registration

The Registrar‑General may cancel the registration of any birth, death or stillbirth if the Registrar‑General is satisfied that the registration has been —

(a)

obtained by means of fraud, false representation or the concealment of any material fact; or

(b)

made by mistake.
