Amendment of section 69

Section 69 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “assistant superintendent” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “superintendent”;

(b)

by deleting the word “inspector” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “deputy superintendent”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “dismissed or” in subsection (3).
