Clause 26

Section 104(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (i), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(ia)the circumstances under which a person would be considered an associate for the purposes of Part IX;

(ib)the form and manner in which any notice or application for an approval under section 87 or 88 must be given or made, and the person or persons who are required to give the notice or make the application; and”.
