Amendment of section 120A
Section 120A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “holds a licence from the Commissioner referred to” in subsection (1)(d)(i) and substituting the words “has the permission of the Commissioner”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “with a licence granted to the person by the Commissioner” in subsection (4)(a) and substituting the words “with the Commissioner’s permission”.
