Amendment of section 15
Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Every police officer must, before leaving the Police Force because of his or her resignation, dismissal, discharge or otherwise, deliver up in good order (fair wear and tear only excepted) any of the following that belongs to the Government, is issued to the police officer and is in his or her possession:
(a)
arms or ammunition;
(b)
any other article or property specified in the Police General Orders in section 118 or the Force Orders in section 119.”.
