Clause 8

by inserting, immediately after the words “not exceeding $200” in subsection (4)(a), the words “or a higher amount prescribed in substitution”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(4A) Any regulations made under section 117 prescribing an amount of fine in substitution of the amount specified in subsection (4) must not apply to or in relation to a disciplinary offence committed before the date the regulations come into force.”.
